JSON Schema
The JSON structure supports three scenarios for your Claude Skill:
Scenario 1: new_contact_and_lead
Creates both contact and lead. Requires contact.name and lead.title.
Scenario 2: existing_contact_new_lead
Finds contact by fiverr_username or email, creates new lead.
Scenario 3: update_conversation
Finds contact and lead, adds conversation to existing lead.
Auto Follow-up System:
Outbound messages auto-create follow-up schedules based on lead status:
• Cold Lead (inquiry): 2, 5, 10 days
• Awaiting Info (chatting/in_progress): 2, 5, 10 days
• Awaiting Feedback (delivered): 2, 5, 10 days
• Awaiting Payment (invoice sent): 7, 14, 21 days
Inbound messages automatically cancel pending follow-ups.
Auto-Categorization:
When you send an outbound message on an "inquiry" lead, it automatically moves to "chatting".
